Our process
Below you’ll find our process and how we do things here at Breezy Permits:
- You submit the project information sheet either by finding it on our website, pricing guide, or receiving it via email
- We prepare the Notice of Commencement and Permit Application. If this is for a marine project we also obtain permits with all the entities.
- We collect signatures from the homeowner on the permit application(s) and notice of commencement. (Unless you prefer to handle that.)
- We submit the permit application(s).
- We record the notice of commencement at the courthouse and obtain the certified copy so it’s ready prior to your first inspection.
- We track the approval process and keep you updated along the way.
- We deliver the issued permit & approved documents electronically.
- With your approved permit card issued, you’re ready to start your project and able to schedule your inspections right away!
